      According to the knowledge of self and one's specific occupation. No follower will allow his/her self to be dominated by such a leader for quite a long time

7.CO-OPERATION

      Successful leaders must understand and apply the principle of cooperative effort and be able to induce followers to do the same. Leadership calls for power and power calls for cooperation and unity.

8.POSSESSION OF GREAT SKILL OR TECHNIQUE

      Successful leadership calls for great skill of the leader's position with high levels of focus knowledge and experience that you can see the full picture and change the rules to achieve spectacular result.

9.RESPONSIBILITY 

      Successful leaders must be ready and willing to carry responsibility for the mistakes and shortcomings of their followers, if they try to dodge their responsibility they will not remain leaders, if followers make mistakes and become incompetent, it is the leader who has failed.

10.UNDERSTANDING AND SYMPATHY

        Successful leaders must be in sympathy with their followers more over, they must understand them and their problems.

11.PERSONALITY

         No untidy and dirty, careless person can become a successful leader who do not score highly on all factors of a pleasing personality.

Leadership has two froms the most effective and successful leadership is by consent of and with the sympathy of the followers. The second is leadership by force without the consent and sympathy of the followers.                                                  Leadership by force can not endure, relationships of employer and employee or of leader and follower in the future will be one of mutual cooperation base upon an equitable division of the profits of business.                                      Leadership by consent of the followers is the only brand that can endure !.
